Is everything handmade and who made it?
Every item in my shop is handmade by me, Marjon. They are made in The Hague, the Netherlands.
How can I order?
Choose what you want by clicking on the picture, and then click "buy".
Fill in the form and choose "send".
What happens after I submit my order?
I'll email you back within 2 business days to confirm your purchase.
In that email I will send you my paypal information or bankaccount number.
After I have received your payment, I will ship the package.
How much are the shipping costs?
The price in the shop includes shipping and handling, no extra hidden costs!
How will my item be shipped?
Your item will be shipped with standard mail (usually takes about 10 workdays). If you want it shipped with priority mail, it will cost more. In that case email me and I'lll let you know what the additional costs are.
Are the plushies suited for kids under the age of 3?
My plushies are well constructed, but they're handmade and they don't officially conform to any child safety guidelines. I have tested my toys, I couldn't pull of the plastic eyes or any other parts.
I still don't recommend them for kids under the age of 3, it's your own responsibility should you still want to buy them (because they're still cute ;) ).
Do you take custom orders?
No, not at the moment. But if you really want to have something special you could contact me, you never know...
If the one I want is already sold, can you make another one?
No I can't, they never turn out the same. And most of the time I don't have that exact same wool or fabric anymore.
Is it secure to order at your website?
Yes, your personal data is safe with me; Marjon.org does not share your personal data with third parties. But should you still have your doubts, you can also buy my stuff at www.marjonvanstijn.etsy.com
